| A: Avanté’s Distribution warehouse facility is strategically located in Indianapolis, IN. This centralized location allows us to better service our customers regardless of location. Once the products have shipped, standard UPS ground transit times apply. |
| Q: Can I have a sample of the Avanté decorative cabinet hardware before I order? |
| A: Yes, we will send one Avanté decorative cabinet hardware sample per request. |
| Q: What finishes are available? |
| A: Avante knobs and pulls are available in a variety of different finishes and combination of finishes. Please see our Browse Finishes page to view some of our most popular finishes. Please note that not all styles are available in every finish offered. |
| Q: Is mounting hardware included with the Avanté product? |
| A: No. There are several reasons why Avanté does not include screws with the product. Firstly, when screws are packaged with the product, they can scrape or damage the product during shipment. Secondly, the thickness of cabinet drawer or door fronts vary, one size of screw will not always work in all applications. Some may require a 1” screw and others may require a 1 Ľ” or longer screw. Therefore, we do not include screws with Avanté knobs and pulls. However, all Avanté hardware is tapped to accept an 8-32 truss head screw. |
| Q: What cleaners do you recommend for my decorative hardware? |
| A: We do not recommend using any cleaners. Products containing ammonia, acidic or corrosive cleaning agents may damage the finish and will void the warranty. We recommend using a damp cloth with mild dish soap and water for cleaning |
| Q: What type of warranty do you offer for your decorative hardware? |
| A: Avante offers a limited lifetime warranty on our products. Products are warranted against defects in material and workmanship. For more detailed information, please see warranty page. |

| A: Avanté sells through distributors and dealers and does not require a minimum order quantity. Check with your local distributor for more complete information. Distributors and Dealers may not stock our entire product line, however many of these stores offer a special order program. |
| Q: I contacted or went to an Avanté Distributor and they did not have what I wanted in stock, where can I purchase what I wanted? |
| A: Avantégives all of its customers the ability to special order without minimum order requirements. If they do not have the item you are looking for in stock, then they can special order it for you. |
